The Rift Lace is our boot for riders that want a comfortable lace-up for park laps, snowsurfing and all-mountain riding. Traditional laces mean you can take the time to get your fit exactly how you want it. It’s that morning ritual which is as old as snowboarding itself. Our new Speed Hook lets you lock in the tension of your lower laces, then adjust the upper part independently. The design is inspired by old school sneakers and skate shoes, with modern materials and new technologies. The seamless toe construction is 3D-moulded for a perfect fit with our bindings. The upper part of the shell consists of two parts that can flex independently. This articulating cuff means you get a consistent forward flex with no pressure points.Rift Lace is really lightweight and low profile. That’s partly due to the rubber Ascent outsole. We’ve used dual density components to create cushioning under the foot and increase traction. The wavy tread pattern is inspired by the footprint of a gecko - the grippiest in nature.The new Silver liner is heat moldable, allowing you to customize the fit if you need to, and it gives great support and comfort, right out of the box. The Rift Lace is a unique boot, combining a friendly flex with our top-draw technologies like OC-Kush gel dampening, making this a killer package.
